- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

- 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar

- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder

- 80 g of wheat flour

- 50 g of unsalted butter (cold, cut into pieces)

- 40 g of caster sugar

- 1 pinch of salt

### **Preparation**


#### 🍏 **1. Prepare the apple filling**

1. Preheat the oven to **180°C**.

2. Peel and cut the apples into small pieces.

3. Place them in a salad bowl and add the lemon juice, sugar and cinnamon. Mix well.

4. Pour the apple filling into a baking dish.


#### 🥄 **2. Prepare the crumble dough**

1. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar and salt.

2. Add the cold butter cut into pieces and rub with your fingertips until you obtain a sandy texture.

3. Spread the crumble mixture over the apples in the dish.
