### **Ingredients**


#### ✅ **For the shortcrust pastry**

- 150 g of wheat flour

- 1 egg

- 40 g of caster sugar

- 60 g of unsalted butter (cold, cut into small pieces)

- 1 pinch of salt


#### ✅ **For the garnish**

- 2 pears (Conference or William type)

- 150 g of fromage blanc

- 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

### **Preparation**


#### 🥧 **1. Prepare the shortcrust pastry**

1. Mix flour, sugar and salt in a bowl.

2. Add the cold butter cut into small pieces and rub with your fingertips until you obtain a coarse sand texture.

3. Add the egg and mix until a smooth dough forms.

4. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.


#### 🍐 **2. Prepare the filling**

1. Preheat the oven to **180°C**.

2. Wash and peel the pears, then cut them into thin slices.

3. Mix the cottage cheese with the sugar and vanilla extract until creamy.


#### 🔥 **3. Assemble the tartlets**

1. Roll out the shortcrust pastry and cut it to fill the tartlet molds. Prick the bottom with a fork.

2. Pour a spoonful of fromage blanc mixture into each tartlet base.

3. Arrange the pear slices on the filling, overlapping them slightly.
